
The accused of 1991 Mumbai Bomb Blast has been arrested by Phagwara police on Tuesday.The name of the person has been identified as Ravinder Singh alias Bittu who had jumped parole in 2007.

The reports revealed that Ravinder was living in Saidpur Patti village in Tarn Taran district of Punjab. He had changed his name after the incident and was recognized as “Gurdaspur Singh”.
Ravinder was involved in the bomb blast of 1991 that took place at Kalyan railway station in Mumbai. He was released on parole in 2007 but did not return to jail after the parole expired.
Currently, police officials are doing investigation into the matter. Moreover, they are also checking whether he was also a part of any terror module or just worked as a drug smuggler.
Earlier, he worked with khalistan terrorists like Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar and Nishan Singh before he was arrested.
